HarmoniQ: Ear Trainer is a conservatory-grade relative pitch trainer grounded in research on auditory perceptual learning. Its Ear-iQ engine scores every answer by how accurate it was in musical terms, then maps that accuracy across the dimensions musicians already use.
It covers a wide range of foundational, functional, and dictation ear training, from introductory basics to the material tested in college placement and conservatory exams. Melodies and rhythms are generated in real keys, meters, and clefs rather than drawn from a preset catalog, and are transcribed on an interactive staff. Every exercise plays recordings of real instruments spanning seven octaves.
